Le Danemark est en t\u00eate pour la deuxi\u00e8me fois, tandis que la Cor\u00e9e du Nord et la Somalie sont en queue de peloton. Le plus grand recul par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re est celui du Br\u00e9sil (7 places en moins), tandis que la Gr\u00e8ce, le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et le Royaume-Uni font partie des plus grandes hausses. Les deux tiers des pays couverts n'obtiennent qu'un indice inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 50 sur une \u00e9chelle allant de 0 (tr\u00e8s corrompu) \u00e0 100 (exemplaire).<\/p>\n<p><strong>CH : Corruption dans les march\u00e9s publics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon Transparency International, la Suisse a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement recul\u00e9 dans le classement de l'IPC : Alors qu'elle figurait \u00e0 la 5e place en 2014, elle a recul\u00e9 \u00e0 la 7e place en 2015 (pour les statistiques nationales, voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.transparency.org\/country\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.transparency.org\/country\" rel=\"noopener\">ici<\/a>). La raison en est probablement des cas de corruption dans les march\u00e9s publics, comme l'\u00e9crit l'organisation. Les comparaisons d'une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l'autre ne sont toutefois que partiellement pertinentes pour \u00e9valuer la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 effective d'un pays \u00e0 la corruption, car seule la perception de la corruption est mesur\u00e9e et le classement a une importance relative par rapport aux autres pays.<\/p>\n<p>A propos des r\u00e9sultats de la Suisse, Martin Hilti, directeur de Transparency International Suisse, d\u00e9clare : \"Bien qu'elle soit pass\u00e9e de la 5e \u00e0 la 7e place, la Suisse s'en sort encore avantageusement en comparaison internationale. Mais cela ne signifie pas que la Suisse est exempte de toute corruption. En effet, l'IPC ne mesure que la perception de la corruption dans le secteur public\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'agir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transparency International Suisse estime qu'il est n\u00e9cessaire d'agir en particulier dans les domaines suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La Suisse est encore souvent impliqu\u00e9e dans les scandales de corruption internationale : Les fonds provenant d'actes de corruption peuvent encore trop facilement \u00eatre introduits en Suisse ;<\/li>\n<li>Le droit priv\u00e9 ne pr\u00e9voit toujours pas de protection ad\u00e9quate pour les lanceurs d'alerte ;<\/li>\n<li>La Suisse ne dispose toujours pas d'une r\u00e9glementation l\u00e9gale sur la transparence du financement des partis et des campagnes \u00e9lectorales et de votation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) 2015 von\u00a0Transparency International\u00a0erfasst insgesamt 168 L\u00e4nder.
