C'est pourquoi ils re\u00e7oivent une formation sp\u00e9ciale en radioprotection. Des scientifiques de l'h\u00f4pital cantonal de Lucerne (LUKS), du d\u00e9partement d'informatique de la Haute \u00e9cole de Lucerne (HSLU) et de la facult\u00e9 des sciences de la sant\u00e9 et de m\u00e9decine de l'universit\u00e9 de Lucerne \u00e9tudient actuellement comment enrichir cette formation par des techniques d'enseignement interactives et num\u00e9riques. Dans le cadre d'un projet commun, ils d\u00e9veloppent et testent des formations bas\u00e9es sur la technologie de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e (RA), c'est-\u00e0-dire la projection de contenus num\u00e9riques dans le monde r\u00e9el. Des lunettes AR sp\u00e9ciales sont utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 cet effet. Celles-ci permettent pour la premi\u00e8re fois de \"voir\" virtuellement l'exposition aux radiations simul\u00e9es dans la pi\u00e8ce et de s'entra\u00eener \u00e0 s'en prot\u00e9ger encore mieux, comme l'\u00e9crit la HSLU.<\/p>\n<h3>Ind\u00e9pendant du lieu, s\u00fbr et r\u00e9p\u00e9table<\/h3>\n<p>\"Le plus grand d\u00e9fi en mati\u00e8re de radioprotection est que l'on ne peut percevoir ni le rayonnement lui-m\u00eame ni l'efficacit\u00e9 de son propre comportement de protection dans le travail quotidien\", explique Thiago Lima, physicien m\u00e9dical en chef en charge du diagnostic au LUKS. Il m\u00e8ne ce projet dans le cadre de son habilitation \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Lucerne ; il est en partie financ\u00e9 par la bourse de recherche de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse de radiobiologie et de physique m\u00e9dicale (SSRPM). \"AR permet aux collaborateurs expos\u00e9s aux rayonnements d'apprendre des pratiques importantes pour r\u00e9duire encore les risques pour la sant\u00e9 li\u00e9s au travail\", explique Lima. Pour Tobias Kreienb\u00fchl, responsable du projet du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la HSLU, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e a \u00e9galement un grand potentiel dans la formation m\u00e9dicale. \"Un avantage important est l'ind\u00e9pendance de la technologie en termes de temps et de lieu\", explique-t-il, \"ainsi, on n'est pas d\u00e9pendant de locaux sp\u00e9cialement am\u00e9nag\u00e9s pour les formations\". La RA permet de transmettre des contenus d'apprentissage proches de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et sans probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, tandis que les exercices peuvent en outre \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s autant de fois que n\u00e9cessaire, comme l'indique le communiqu\u00e9 de presse.<\/p>\n<h3>Fusion du monde r\u00e9el et du monde virtuel<\/h3>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode d'entra\u00eenement \u00e9labor\u00e9e dans le cadre du projet se d\u00e9roule de la mani\u00e8re suivante : le professionnel de la sant\u00e9 met les lunettes AR, qui sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de cam\u00e9ras et de diff\u00e9rents capteurs. Une application d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 la HSLU fonctionne sur ces lunettes. \u00c0 travers les verres transparents, on voit donc aussi bien les objets r\u00e9els dans l'espace que des superpositions virtuelles. Parmi ces derni\u00e8res, on trouve un appareil de radiographie, une table d'examen avec un patient et un \u00e9cran de protection en plomb. Celui qui porte les lunettes peut modifier la position de l'\u00e9cran de protection virtuel en le bougeant. De tels \u00e9crans de protection, qui bloquent les rayons X, sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s lors d'op\u00e9rations r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n<h3>Exposition aux rayonnements visible en appuyant sur un bouton<\/h3>\n<p>Lors de l'entra\u00eenement, on re\u00e7oit alors la t\u00e2che de placer au mieux le bouclier virtuel, soi-m\u00eame et un assistant r\u00e9ellement pr\u00e9sent pour une op\u00e9ration donn\u00e9e. \"C'est-\u00e0-dire de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que l'exposition aux radiations soit la plus faible possible pour les deux personnes\", explique Tobias Kreienb\u00fchl. Le v\u00e9ritable point fort : les lunettes AR peuvent \u00e9galement afficher l'intensit\u00e9 - simul\u00e9e - du rayonnement \u00e0 n'importe quel endroit de la pi\u00e8ce en appuyant sur un bouton. Cela se fait \u00e0 l'aide d'un d\u00e9grad\u00e9 de couleurs virtuel. Le rouge indique une forte exposition, le bleu une faible exposition (voir illustration ci-dessous). Le bouclier anti-radiations virtuel bloque visiblement le rayonnement. \u00a9HSLU\/Kim da Motta<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Tout est dans le bleu ?<\/h3>\n<p>Une fois que le porteur de lunettes a effectu\u00e9 la t\u00e2che prescrite, la simulation de rayonnement s'affiche et le r\u00e9sultat est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9. Dans l'id\u00e9al, toutes les personnes pr\u00e9sentes se trouvent dans la zone bleue. Diff\u00e9rents passages peuvent \u00eatre test\u00e9s, les positions corrig\u00e9es ; l'\u00e9cran de protection peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre repositionn\u00e9. Le d\u00e9grad\u00e9 de couleurs s'adapte en temps r\u00e9el, de sorte que l'effet de chaque modification est imm\u00e9diatement visible.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le communiqu\u00e9, les premiers tests ont \u00e9t\u00e9 concluants. La conclusion est que la m\u00e9thode est applicable et prometteuse. L'\u00e9quipe de recherche va maintenant recueillir d'autres exp\u00e9riences d'utilisation et continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l'application. \"Notre objectif est de prouver l'efficacit\u00e9 des formations par rapport aux formations traditionnelles sans r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e\", explique Lima. Si cela s'av\u00e8re concluant, le LUKS examinera comment la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e pourrait \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 long terme dans la formation en radioprotection.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3 class=\"entry__experts__title\">Le \"Immersive Realities Center\" de la Haute \u00e9cole de Lucerne<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"entry__experts__content\">\n<blockquote><p>L'\"Immersive Realities Center\" de la Haute \u00e9cole de Lucerne est situ\u00e9 au sein du d\u00e9partement Informatique et s'occupe intensivement des technologies immersives, c'est-\u00e0-dire des approches technologiques qui permettent de plonger dans des mondes ou des environnements virtuels. Dans le Research Lab int\u00e9gr\u00e9, les chercheurs d\u00e9veloppent des prototypes et des applications, r\u00e9alisent des \u00e9tudes de faisabilit\u00e9 et d'utilisateurs et conseillent les entreprises et les institutions sur l'utilisation de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e et virtuelle. Le centre offre en outre aux PME et aux \u00e9coles professionnelles un acc\u00e8s facile \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle et augment\u00e9e.
