Dans le cadre de PANGEA, non seulement les importations sont saisies, mais les offres ill\u00e9gales sur Internet sont \u00e9galement combattues. \u00a9 depositphotos\/yanc<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Cette ann\u00e9e encore, la Suisse a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la semaine d'action internationale \"PANGEA X\" coordonn\u00e9e par Interpol. Au total, 123 pays y ont particip\u00e9. L'objectif de cette action, organis\u00e9e pour la 10e fois, \u00e9tait de lutter contre la le commerce ill\u00e9gal de produits th\u00e9rapeutiques sur Internet<\/a>. Cette ann\u00e9e, tous les colis postaux suspects ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9s pendant une semaine dans le cadre de cette op\u00e9ration. Dans le monde entier, les autorit\u00e9s ont contr\u00f4l\u00e9 plus de 700 000 colis suspects dans les a\u00e9roports et les centres postaux entre le 12 et le 19 septembre. Elles ont saisi 470 000 colis et ordonn\u00e9 la fermeture de plus de 3500 sites Internet ill\u00e9gaux. Des perquisitions et des arrestations ont \u00e9galement eu lieu.<\/p>\n

De sans valeur \u00e0 dangereux pour la sant\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n

En Suisse, les autorit\u00e9s ont contr\u00f4l\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 500 colis contenant des m\u00e9dicaments. Des collaborateurs des douanes suisses, Swissmedic et Antidoping Suisse<\/a> ont saisi 56 envois contenant des m\u00e9dicaments particuli\u00e8rement dangereux pour la sant\u00e9. Les destinataires des envois lib\u00e9r\u00e9s ont re\u00e7u une lettre d'information les avertissant que les comprim\u00e9s et les capsules d'origine incertaine pouvaient contenir trop, trop peu ou pas du tout de substances actives, voire, dans le pire des cas, des substances toxiques pr\u00e9sentant un risque important pour la sant\u00e9.
\nEnviron la moiti\u00e9 des colis contr\u00f4l\u00e9s \u00e9taient envoy\u00e9s depuis un pays de l'Union europ\u00e9enne. Or, ils contenaient souvent des m\u00e9dicaments fabriqu\u00e9s en Inde. Des interm\u00e9diaires europ\u00e9ens criminels dissimulent l'origine et augmentent encore le risque, par exemple en stockant, reconditionnant et exp\u00e9diant de mani\u00e8re inappropri\u00e9e.
\n
\nFocus sur le fentanyl<\/strong>
\nCette ann\u00e9e, l'op\u00e9ration PANGEA a mis l'accent sur la lutte contre le trafic de fentanyl et de ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s. Fentanyl<\/a> est un analg\u00e9sique tr\u00e8s efficace, dont la Abus<\/a> a fait de nombreuses victimes dans certains pays. En Suisse, aucun envoi contenant du fentanyl n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, la conscience du danger mortel de cette substance semble \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente. Les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes restent vigilantes et poursuivent la surveillance syst\u00e9matique du march\u00e9 afin d'\u00e9viter les dommages graves caus\u00e9s par le fentanyl.

\nLes antibiotiques, une menace pour la sant\u00e9 publique<\/strong>
\nLes m\u00e9dicaments les plus souvent import\u00e9s ill\u00e9galement restent les stimulants de l'\u00e9rection. Durant la semaine d'action, on a toutefois observ\u00e9 un nombre relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9 d'importations d'antibiotiques. Cela est pr\u00e9occupant, car la consommation de ces m\u00e9dicaments sans accompagnement m\u00e9dical peut entra\u00eener le d\u00e9veloppement de R\u00e9sistance aux antibiotiques<\/a> contribue \u00e0 l'augmentation des infections. Le traitement vital des maladies infectieuses s'en trouve affect\u00e9, car les antibiotiques utilis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re inappropri\u00e9e peuvent perdre leur efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
