Avec les prochaines prescriptions de protection incendie (OFSP 2026), une nouvelle base juridique voit en outre le jour - associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une r\u00e9flexion nouvelle et \u00e0 de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Comme on le sait, l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement tragique de Crans-Montana ainsi que les plus de 11 000 r\u00e9ponses re\u00e7ues \u00e0 la consultation technique ont pour cons\u00e9quence que l'entr\u00e9e en vigueur de l'OFAS 2026 totalement r\u00e9vis\u00e9e sera encore retard\u00e9e (selon l'IOTH, probablement en automne 2027). Une int\u00e9gration minutieuse des connaissances et suggestions provisoires est promise par les concepteurs de la prescription.<\/p>\n<p>La conf\u00e9rence \u00abLa planification de la protection incendie rencontre l'ing\u00e9nierie\u00bb offre n\u00e9anmoins des aper\u00e7us vari\u00e9s sur les d\u00e9veloppements actuels en mati\u00e8re de protection incendie : comment les \u00e9valuations de rentabilit\u00e9 bas\u00e9es sur les risques contribuent-elles \u00e0 \u00e9viter l'overfitting en mati\u00e8re de protection incendie ? Quelles sont les attentes de l'intervention envers les planificateurs et l'ing\u00e9nierie pour une protection incendie plus efficace ? Et comment l'autorit\u00e9 de protection incendie d\u00e9montre-t-elle le potentiel de l'approche bas\u00e9e sur la performance \u00e0 partir de l'exemple de la gestion de la fum\u00e9e et de la chaleur ? Les simulations d'incendie naturel ouvrent de nouvelles dimensions dans le dimensionnement des structures porteuses en cas d'incendie. Des projets illustreront les possibilit\u00e9s offertes, par exemple, pour les immeubles de grande hauteur avec des structures m\u00e9talliques ou mixtes non prot\u00e9g\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les BSV 2026 vont arriver. Certains aspects font partie de la r\u00e9union. Par exemple : Quelles sont les nouveaut\u00e9s apport\u00e9es par le \u00abBSV 2026 Model Code\u00bb et sur quoi se base le noyau bas\u00e9 sur les risques ? Il sera en outre d\u00e9montr\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re pratique comment le Model Code peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 concr\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<p>La distinction claire entre \u00e9vacuation et d\u00e9gagement est \u00e9galement discut\u00e9e - un aspect qui va bien au-del\u00e0 de la protection incendie classique. Enfin, le th\u00e8me de l'intelligence artificielle oriente le regard vers l'avenir : l'IA lit les prescriptions, apporte son soutien pour les justificatifs et rend les r\u00e9glementations complexes plus compr\u00e9hensibles.
