Cette grande diff\u00e9rence montre \u00e0 quel point il est urgent de mettre en place une strat\u00e9gie de pr\u00e9vention coordonn\u00e9e, qui intervienne au niveau de la formation, de l'infrastructure, de la technique et du comportement de protection.<\/p>\n<h3>Feuille de route du BPA pour une r\u00e9duction durable des accidents<\/h3>\n<p>L'accidentologie nous apprend que les accidents ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas dus \u00e0 un seul facteur, mais \u00e0 l'interaction de plusieurs risques. Pour une am\u00e9lioration mesurable de la situation en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, il faut des mesures efficaces \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. C'est pourquoi le BEAA demande aux politiques et aux pouvoirs publics d'agir avec plus de d\u00e9termination. Les principaux champs d'action :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Infrastructure : planification des routes plus adapt\u00e9e aux motocyclistes et \u00e9limination des points noirs, par exemple en prot\u00e9geant les glissi\u00e8res de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et en soulignant les virages par des fl\u00e8ches de guidage.<\/li>\n<li>Age minimum : rel\u00e8vement de la limite d'\u00e2ge \u00e0 18 ans pour les motos de 125 cm3<\/li>\n<li>Ex\u00e9cution : contr\u00f4les pr\u00e9ventifs de la vitesse sur les tron\u00e7ons accidentog\u00e8nes<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9hicules et technique : sensibilisation accrue \u00e0 l'utilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes d'assistance tels que l'ABS en virage et \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat technique des motos.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9quipement de protection : promouvoir le port syst\u00e9matique de v\u00eatements de protection<\/li>\n<li>Sensibilisation et formation : renforcement de la conscience des dangers, de la conduite d\u00e9fensive et de l'auto-\u00e9valuation r\u00e9aliste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00c9quipement de protection : beaucoup roulent sans v\u00eatements de protection<\/h3>\n<p>Les motocyclistes peuvent faire beaucoup pour leur propre protection. Ainsi, le port syst\u00e9matique de l'\u00e9quipement de protection individuelle devrait aller de soi, mais une nouvelle analyse succincte du BPA montre qu'il faut agir :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le casque, la veste de protection, les protections et les bottes solides r\u00e9duisent consid\u00e9rablement le risque de blessure, mais ne sont pas toujours port\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>C'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es ou que les trajets sont courts que de nombreux motocyclistes renoncent \u00e0 porter des v\u00eatements de protection complets - un comportement qui augmente fortement le risque de se blesser gravement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par des mesures de sensibilisation cibl\u00e9es, le BEAA renforce donc la conscience de l'utilit\u00e9 des v\u00eatements de protection et de leur utilisation correcte.<br \/>\nLes principales recommandations du BPA pour les motocyclistes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduire de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9fensive et en anticipant, chercher le contact visuel<\/li>\n<li>Adapter la vitesse \u00e0 la situation, pas seulement \u00e0 la limite<\/li>\n<li>Porter syst\u00e9matiquement un \u00e9quipement de protection complet - casque, bottes, veste et pantalon avec protections<\/li>\n<li>Suivre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des formations continues et entretenir la moto sur le plan technique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Source : bpa\u00a0<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Gemessen an den gefahrenen Kilometern ist das Risiko, mit dem T\u00f6ff schwer zu verunfallen, bis zu 60-mal h\u00f6her als mit dem Auto.
