Cette fusion strat\u00e9gique permettrait d'obtenir de pr\u00e9cieux effets de synergie en ce qui concerne les produits et leur commercialisation. Dolphin Systems AG, qui compte plus de 30 collaborateurs, reste une entreprise ind\u00e9pendante, est-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, F24 compte plus de 600 entreprises clientes dans le monde entier et l'acquisition de Dolphin Systems, fond\u00e9e en 1992, porte sa base de clients \u00e0 environ 850 clients cl\u00e9s. Les deux entreprises b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'un acc\u00e8s accru au march\u00e9 dans plus de 70 pays.
