Les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner contenaient en moyenne 18 g de sucre par 100 g. C'est plus que pr\u00e9occupant. \u00a9 Depositphotos\/lightsource<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>En \u00e9t\u00e9 2017, l'OFAG a re\u00e7u et analys\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es de 461 yogourts sucr\u00e9s et de 199 mueslis sucr\u00e9s pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Le site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blv.admin.ch\/dam\/blv\/de\/dokumente\/lebensmittel-und-ernaehrung\/ernaehrung\/bericht-bestandesaufnahme-zucker.pdf.download.pdf\/Bestandesaufnahme_Zucker_2017_DE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pr\u00e9sent rapport<\/a> montre de combien de sucres ajout\u00e9s les yogourts et les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit-d\u00e9jeuner des entreprises participantes ont diminu\u00e9. R\u00e9sultat : par rapport \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e \u00e0 l'automne 2016, la part de sucre ajout\u00e9 a diminu\u00e9 de plus de 50%. <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/zuckersteuer-wirkt-zumindest-bei-niedrigverdienern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sucre<\/a> pour les yaourts de 3%. La valeur moyenne des yaourts s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve donc \u00e0 9 grammes de sucres ajout\u00e9s pour 100 grammes. Pour les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit-d\u00e9jeuner, la part de sucres ajout\u00e9s a diminu\u00e9 d'environ 5 % par rapport \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et correspond en moyenne \u00e0 16,3 grammes pour 100 grammes. Les yaourts et les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit d\u00e9jeuner qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduits entre les deux enqu\u00eates par les entreprises participantes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 une teneur en sucres ajout\u00e9s nettement plus faible, soit en moyenne 7,9 grammes pour 100 grammes.<\/p>\n<p>Il appara\u00eet en outre que les yaourts pour enfants contiennent en moyenne nettement moins de sucre (6,9 grammes pour 100 grammes). En revanche, pour les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit-d\u00e9jeuner <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/dreiste-werbeluegen-die-bereits-babys-schaden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Produits pour enfants nettement plus sucr\u00e9s<\/a>. Les m\u00fceslis pour enfants contiennent 24,6 grammes de sucres ajout\u00e9s pour 100 grammes. En comparaison, les produits pour adultes pr\u00e9sentent en moyenne 14,8 grammes pour 100 grammes. En outre, pr\u00e8s d'un m\u00fcesli sur dix ne contient pas de sucre ajout\u00e9, mais aucun d'entre eux n'est explicitement destin\u00e9 aux enfants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nouvelle r\u00e9duction vis\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La troisi\u00e8me enqu\u00eate sur le sucre est pr\u00e9vue pour la fin de la D\u00e9claration de Milan, fin 2018. D'ici l\u00e0, une nouvelle r\u00e9duction des sucres ajout\u00e9s de 2,5 % en moyenne pour les yaourts et de 5 % en moyenne pour les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit-d\u00e9jeuner est vis\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sente enqu\u00eate. En Suisse, 40 kilogrammes de sucre sont consomm\u00e9s par an et par habitant. Cela correspond \u00e0 environ 110 g de sucre par jour et \u00e0 plus du double de la quantit\u00e9 recommand\u00e9e par l'Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS).<\/p>\n<p>Le site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blv.admin.ch\/dam\/blv\/de\/dokumente\/lebensmittel-und-ernaehrung\/ernaehrung\/memorandum-of-understanding.pdf.download.pdf\/memorandum-of-understanding.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">D\u00e9claration de Milan<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par dix entreprises \u00e0 Milan en 2015. Les donn\u00e9es recueillies ont montr\u00e9 que les yaourts en <strong>17 g de sucre en moyenne par gobelet<\/strong> (180 g). Le yaourt le moins sucr\u00e9 contenait 10 g de sucre par pot, celui qui en contenait le plus 30,5g. Les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner contenaient en moyenne 18 g de sucre par 100 g, la part de sucre repr\u00e9sentant dans les cas extr\u00eames pr\u00e8s de 50% d'un produit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.srf.ch\/sendungen\/kassensturz-espresso\/mokka-joghurt-im-test-viele-aromastoffe-und-viel-zucker\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beaucoup d'ar\u00f4mes et de sucre<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.srf.ch\/sendungen\/kassensturz-espresso\/services\/interaktiv\/etiketten-schwindel\/3-platz-joghurt-mit-0-kristallzucker-aber-mit-zuckersirup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Etiquetage frauduleux de Migros<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blick.ch\/news\/wirtschaft\/zu-viel-zucker-in-joghurt-und-mueesli-coop-setzt-uns-auf-entzug-id5220117.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\"Coop nous met en manque !\" <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vbg.arbeiterkammer.at\/beratung\/konsumentenschutz\/EssenundTrinken\/Zucker_im_Joghurt.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00eame les yaourts soi-disant \"sains\" sont des bombes \u00e0 sucre<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note de la r\u00e9daction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C'est justement la part (beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e !) de sucres pour les produits dits \"pour enfants\" qui est, du point de vue de la sant\u00e9, la plus importante. <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/ernaehrungsstrategie-zur-gesundheitsfoerderung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">du point de vue de la sant\u00e9<\/a> est extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9occupant et devrait \u00eatre rigoureusement remplac\u00e9 par des sucres sains comme le xylitol ou la st\u00e9via. Car le sucre rend d\u00e9pendant et est toujours <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/zeichen-setzen-fuer-die-seltenen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nocifs pour l'organisme<\/a> et se d\u00e9compose en acides destructeurs dans la bouche, acidifie le corps, produit de l'alcool nocif dans l'intestin et d\u00e9truit la flore intestinale saine.
