C'est ainsi que l'on voit souvent les motards sur la route - mais avec des gants et un casque tout de m\u00eame... Des bottes \u00e0 coque renforc\u00e9e et un v\u00eatement de moto professionnel avec une protection dorsale prot\u00e8gent mieux. \u00a9 Markus Frutig\/Safety-Plus<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La chaleur de l'\u00e9t\u00e9 incite facilement \u00e0 porter des v\u00eatements amples et donc \u00e0 n\u00e9gliger sa propre s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Un motard, moins prot\u00e9g\u00e9 qu'un automobiliste en cas d'accident, doit absolument s'\u00e9quiper en cons\u00e9quence. Environ 80% des collisions impliquant des motocyclistes et des scoot\u00e9ristes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 caus\u00e9es par d'autres usagers de la route, ces derniers ne les ayant pas vus ou per\u00e7us. Lorsqu'il s'agit de sa propre vie, le TCS recommande de s'abstenir d'une approche trop \"d\u00e9contract\u00e9e\" en mati\u00e8re de v\u00eatements et d'\u00e9quipement, malgr\u00e9 les fortes chaleurs. Selon l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des routes (<a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/neue-baustellennorm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OFROU<\/a>), 2158 motocyclistes et scoot\u00e9ristes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement bless\u00e9s en 2017 et 960 gri\u00e8vement. 51 motocyclistes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s, ce qui repr\u00e9sente 22% de toutes les personnes tu\u00e9es sur les routes suisses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Port du casque obligatoire <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le port du casque est obligatoire. Il en va de m\u00eame pour le passager. Le fameux \"<a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/zu-viele-e-bikes-ohne-helm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Casque int\u00e9gral<\/a>Le casque \u00e0 visi\u00e8re \"\u00e0 visi\u00e8re\" offre la meilleure protection, car il prot\u00e8ge l'ensemble du visage et notamment le menton. Il existe aussi des casques pliants, tr\u00e8s pratiques pour les porteurs de lunettes, mais qui ne doivent jamais \u00eatre port\u00e9s ouverts pendant la conduite (<a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/verkehrssicherheit-todesfaelle-nehmen-deutlich-ab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Danger de mort<\/a>). Les casques jet sont une autre option pour les journ\u00e9es particuli\u00e8rement chaudes. Tous les mod\u00e8les doivent respecter la norme ECE-22.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les bons v\u00eatements pour motards <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est important que les conducteurs de moto ou de scooter soient conscients que le compromis id\u00e9al entre confort et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n'existe pas. Le cuir est et reste le mat\u00e9riau le plus r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur de frottement en cas de chute. Les v\u00eatements de moto sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de couleur sombre et g\u00e9n\u00e8rent une chaleur correspondante pendant la p\u00e9riode estivale. On trouve toutefois dans le commerce des v\u00eatements \"perfor\u00e9s\", c'est-\u00e0-dire qui laissent passer l'air. Des magasins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s proposent \u00e9galement des pantalons en tissu renforc\u00e9 et des v\u00eatements de protection. <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/funktionsbekleidung-die-der-sommerhitze-trotzen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vestes textiles<\/a> avec des protections dorsales. Le TCS recommande d'emporter des v\u00eatements de rechange l\u00e9gers dans un sac \u00e0 dos ou une valise afin de pouvoir se changer apr\u00e8s le trajet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une bonne protection pour les pieds et les mains <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, les blessures aux mains et aux pieds ne gu\u00e9rissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas \u00e0 100% et il faut souvent s'attendre \u00e0 des s\u00e9quelles \u00e0 vie. Des gants sp\u00e9ciaux pour l'\u00e9t\u00e9 avec des protections pour les doigts, les poings et les paumes font \u00e9galement partie de l'\u00e9quipement de base. En France, le port de gants est obligatoire aussi bien pour le conducteur d'une moto \u00e0 deux roues que pour le passager. Outre les mains, les pieds sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s expos\u00e9s aux blessures en cas de choc lat\u00e9ral ou de chute. Les tongs, les sandales et les chaussures de sport l\u00e9g\u00e8res devraient \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9es au maximum lors de la conduite. Le TCS recommande aux motocyclistes de porter des bottes \u00e0 coque renforc\u00e9e (similaires aux chaussures de ski), qui offrent la meilleure protection pour les pieds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emprunter les cols avec prudence <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9chapper \u00e0 la chaleur de l'\u00e9t\u00e9, une excursion en altitude est tr\u00e8s tentante. Les routes secondaires sont alors tr\u00e8s volontiers emprunt\u00e9es. Le TCS rappelle donc volontiers que les routes ne sont pas des pistes de course. La conduite et la vitesse doivent toujours \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es aux capacit\u00e9s de conduite et \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat de la route. Une grande prudence est surtout de mise dans les virages serr\u00e9s. En plus du risque d'\u00eatre pouss\u00e9 par un v\u00e9hicule venant en sens inverse, les virages int\u00e9rieurs cachent souvent la vue des v\u00e9hicules qui arrivent. <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/kreiselverkehr-velofahrer-sind-hier-besonders-gefaehrdet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cyclistes<\/a>.
