Dans les r\u00e9gions urbaines \u00e0 forte densit\u00e9 de population, elle est un moyen de garantir la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avenir \u00e9galement. Mais plus de trafic cycliste signifie aussi plus de pression sur les autorit\u00e9s : Elles doivent mettre \u00e0 disposition une infrastructure de transport ad\u00e9quate et adapter les r\u00e8gles de circulation en faveur des cyclistes. Il existe pour cela une large palette de solutions - mais toutes ne servent pas la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, comme le souligne le bpa dans son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfu.ch\/sites\/assets\/Shop\/bfu_2.350.01_Velof\u00f6rderung%20und%20Verkehrssicherheit%20-%20ein%20Widerspruch.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nouveau document de base<\/a> de l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>R\u00e9duire les risques lors du transport<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Du point de vue du bpa, les mesures de promotion du v\u00e9lo suivantes, entre autres, sont positives pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re, pour autant qu'elles soient mises en \u0153uvre selon l'\u00e9tat actuel de la technique :<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\">Pistes cyclables hors des localit\u00e9s. Si, pour des raisons de place, une piste cyclable n'est s\u00e9par\u00e9e de la route que d'un seul c\u00f4t\u00e9, il faut pr\u00e9voir des ouvrages de raccordement pour les cyclistes qui doivent passer de l'autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la route \u00e0 la fin de la piste cyclable. Il est judicieux de pr\u00e9voir des \u00eelots de protection au milieu de la chauss\u00e9e, afin que les cyclistes puissent traverser la route en deux temps.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\">Aides \u00e0 la construction pour tourner \u00e0 gauche. Des \u00eelots de protection au milieu de la route permettent aux cyclistes d'effectuer le virage \u00e0 gauche, souvent risqu\u00e9, en deux \u00e9tapes et de marquer un arr\u00eat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\">Sections de bandes cyclables rouges. Dans les zones de carrefour complexes et tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9es, les accidents peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9duits si les bandes cyclables sont color\u00e9es en rouge - c'est ce que montrent les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme critique pour <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/kreiselverkehr-velofahrer-sind-hier-besonders-gefaehrdet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">S\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re<\/a> le bpa \u00e9value par exemple les mesures de promotion suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\">Routes cyclables dans les zones 30. Les villes de B\u00e2le, Berne, Lucerne, Saint-Gall et Zurich ont test\u00e9 ce concept ; le bpa le juge inefficace. Il est notamment dangereux que la priorit\u00e9 de droite ne s'applique pas l\u00e0 o\u00f9 une piste cyclable est signalis\u00e9e. Les r\u00e8gles de priorit\u00e9 inhabituelles sont risqu\u00e9es du point de vue de la pr\u00e9vention des accidents.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\">Autoriser de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale les v\u00e9los \u00e0 tourner \u00e0 droite au feu rouge. Certes, un essai pilote de deux ans dans le canton de B\u00e2le-Ville a conclu que cette nouvelle r\u00e9glementation n'aurait pas d'effets n\u00e9gatifs graves. Mais l'\u00e9tude pr\u00e9sente des lacunes, raison pour laquelle le bpa continue de pr\u00e9coniser le virage \u00e0 droite au feu rouge uniquement sous certaines conditions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\">Lib\u00e9ration g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des rues \u00e0 sens unique en sens inverse. Il est certes possible de lib\u00e9rer les rues \u00e0 sens unique pour les v\u00e9los dans les deux sens.
