Pour chaque accident de football, un bless\u00e9 est absent en moyenne 13 jours ouvrables. Les co\u00fbts annuels s'\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 190 millions de francs. Les blessures les plus fr\u00e9quentes sont les entorses et les l\u00e9sions des ligaments de l'articulation du pied ou du genou. Des programmes de pr\u00e9vention cibl\u00e9s permettent de r\u00e9duire le risque de blessures. C'est ce que montrent les derniers r\u00e9sultats d'une \u00e9tude scientifique men\u00e9e par l'\u00e9quipe de recherche de l'expert sportif Oliver Faude. Il ne s'agit pas seulement d'un bon \u00e9chauffement avant l'entra\u00eenement ou le match : \"La forme physique de base d'un joueur, un sommeil suffisant, une alimentation correcte et le \"fair-play\" - tous ces facteurs sont importants pour un match de football sans accident\", confirme Samuel Huber, responsable de la campagne Football \u00e0 la Suva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programmes efficaces de pr\u00e9vention des blessures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un programme d'\u00e9chauffement de 15 minutes avant chaque match et chaque entra\u00eenement suffit \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque de blessure de 30 %. Le sport examin\u00e9 dans l'\u00e9tude <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/hohes-verletzungsrisiko-beim-fussball\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programme de pr\u00e9vention des blessures<\/a> \"11+\" de la FIFA, prend en compte, entre autres, des exercices de course, de force et d'\u00e9quilibre. \"Avec des programmes comme le \"11+\", le corps est durablement bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ; que ce soit pour un entra\u00eenement ou un match. Malheureusement, les programmes de pr\u00e9vention ne sont pas encore utilis\u00e9s partout et de mani\u00e8re cons\u00e9quente. Pourtant, il suffirait d'un petit effort pour obtenir de grands r\u00e9sultats\", explique Huber.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le football amateur suisse gagne en intensit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\"Dans le football de club, on joue de plus en plus dur et de plus en plus vite\", confirme Samuel Huber, qui joue lui-m\u00eame en amateur. Une autre \u00e9tude command\u00e9e par la Suva montre que ce sont les blessures de contact pendant les matchs et les entra\u00eenements qui ont fortement augment\u00e9 ces dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (environ 20 %). Les blessures sans contact avec un autre joueur ont \u00e9galement augment\u00e9. Il s'agit principalement de d\u00e9chirures musculaires, de claquages, de ligaments bless\u00e9s, de contusions et d'h\u00e9matomes, en particulier \u00e0 la cheville, \u00e0 la cuisse et au genou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evaluer son propre risque de blessure avec le test de football en ligne de la Suva<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9volution du football implique \u00e9galement une \u00e9volution des programmes de pr\u00e9vention. Le nouveau test de football en ligne de la Suva permet d\u00e9sormais non seulement de tester son propre risque de blessure, mais aussi d'\u00e9tablir un profil de risque personnel et de le comparer avec celui de la communaut\u00e9.
