Outre les acquisitions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au cours de l'exercice 2016\/17, la tr\u00e8s bonne \u00e9volution des affaires dans AS Am\u00e9rique et AS Pacifique a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'augmentation de l'Ebitda de 54,6 millions de francs au total, \u00e0 387,3 millions. La marge d'Ebitda a atteint 15,4% (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 14,4%). Le groupe a enregistr\u00e9 en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dormakaba.com\/de\/investor-relations\/jahresresultate-2016-2017\/finanzkommentar\">Exercice 2016\/17<\/a> a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un r\u00e9sultat de 295,2 millions de francs (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 262,0 millions de francs).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Processus d'int\u00e9gration bient\u00f4t termin\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le groupe a poursuivi le processus d'int\u00e9gration de mani\u00e8re cons\u00e9quente au cours de l'exercice 2016\/17, selon Cadonau. Comme l'a soulign\u00e9 le CEO, la mise en \u0153uvre de projets d'int\u00e9gration clairement d\u00e9finis, tels que le regroupement des entit\u00e9s juridiques dans les diff\u00e9rents pays, ainsi que d'autres investissements dans une infrastructure informatique commune et globale et l'\u00e9tablissement de la nouvelle marque ombrelle, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 au premier plan. Selon Cadonau, le processus d'int\u00e9gration entre maintenant dans sa derni\u00e8re phase importante : Dormakaba s'attend \u00e0 ce que l'int\u00e9gration soit en grande partie termin\u00e9e d'ici la fin de l'exercice 2017\/18, comme pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acquisitions strat\u00e9giques <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au cours de l'ann\u00e9e sous revue, le groupe a renforc\u00e9 sa position sur le march\u00e9 nord-am\u00e9ricain : avec les rachats de Mesker et de Best Access Solutions, il est devenu l'un des trois premiers fournisseurs de ferrures de portes et de solutions de contr\u00f4le d'acc\u00e8s sur le march\u00e9 attractif nord-am\u00e9ricain, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Cadonau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Focalisation sur la num\u00e9risation <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour l'exercice 2017\/18, le CEO voit trois d\u00e9fis principaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le groupe doit r\u00e9ussir la phase finale du processus d'int\u00e9gration.<\/li>\n<li>L'entreprise veut miser fortement sur la num\u00e9risation et investir en cons\u00e9quence dans les collaborateurs, les processus et les technologies.<\/li>\n<li>De plus, comme toute entreprise devrait s'y efforcer, elle continue \u00e0 se concentrer sur un d\u00e9veloppement commercial qui fournit des produits, des solutions et des services qui apportent une valeur ajout\u00e9e au client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Augmentation du dividende demand\u00e9e <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Dormakaba aura lieu le 17 octobre 2017.
