Qui peut encore s'y retrouver ? Que se passe-t-il dans la pratique quotidienne ? Comment g\u00e8re-t-on les nombreuses interfaces ? Quelles sont les solutions existantes ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un rapport \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 la pratique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Autant de questions qui seront abord\u00e9es le 21 mars 2019 \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/save.ch\/vipress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Flyer_T%C3%BCrmanagement_V4_Web.pdf\">Congr\u00e8s Save<\/a>\u00a0\"Portes et gestion des portes : un probl\u00e8me \u00e9ternel ?\" \u00e0 Zurich. La conf\u00e9rence, con\u00e7ue par des associations professionnelles, a un lien \u00e9troit avec la pratique : un nouveau b\u00e2timent pour le si\u00e8ge principal d'une assurance dans la r\u00e9gion de Zurich servira par exemple d'objet d'illustration en ce qui concerne la gestion des portes dans la phase de planification. L'architecte, le planificateur sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les portes ainsi que le planificateur \u00e9lectrique donnent un aper\u00e7u concret du projet et de la mani\u00e8re dont ils g\u00e8rent la th\u00e9matique complexe des portes. L'approche et les solutions propos\u00e9es seront certainement utiles pour d'autres projets.<\/p>\n<p>Quels composants de porte peuvent \u00eatre install\u00e9s, quand et comment ? Un membre du comit\u00e9 de l'Association suisse de la branche des portes (<a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/die-ersten-tuerplaner-sind-zertifiziert\/\">VST<\/a>). Qu'en est-il des portes dans les issues de secours ? La planification num\u00e9rique des portes est-elle la solution durable et en m\u00eame temps le fondement du Facility Management ? Deux planificateurs de portes et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 renomm\u00e9s se pencheront sur ces deux questions cl\u00e9s dans leurs expos\u00e9s. Comment le menuisier g\u00e8re-t-il les \u00e9l\u00e9ments difficilement adaptables dans les b\u00e2timents ? Le ma\u00eetre menuisier fournit lui-m\u00eame des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ces questions.
