Le corps a besoin de prot\u00e9ines et de leurs composants, les acides amin\u00e9s, pour la formation du tissu conjonctif et pour la croissance des cellules. En cas de carence en prot\u00e9ines, les bact\u00e9ries qui se trouvent \u00e9ventuellement dans la plaie ne peuvent plus \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9truites. Le risque que la plaie s'infecte et ne gu\u00e9risse pas augmente donc. Des acides amin\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques, tels que l'arginine et la glutamine, jouent un r\u00f4le particuli\u00e8rement important dans la cicatrisation des plaies.<\/p>\n<h2>Le r\u00f4le de l'arginine et de la glutamine<\/h2>\n<p>L'arginine favorise la formation de nouveaux vaisseaux sanguins, la division et la croissance cellulaires. Les noix, par exemple, font partie des aliments riches en arginine. La glutamine est importante pour les cellules du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, mais aussi pour les cellules de la peau. Les l\u00e9gumes secs et les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales sont des aliments \u00e0 forte teneur en glutamine. Outre les prot\u00e9ines, le corps utilise \u00e9galement des graisses et des hydrates de carbone pour la construction de nouvelles cellules cutan\u00e9es. Les graisses contiennent des lipides dont la peau a besoin pour la formation de nouvelles cellules. Les glucides fournissent un \"\u00e9chafaudage\" pour les nouvelles cellules. Les vitamines sont \u00e9galement impliqu\u00e9es dans la cicatrisation. La vitamine A pour la synth\u00e8se du collag\u00e8ne : en l'absence de collag\u00e8ne, les plaies peuvent se rouvrir plus facilement.<\/p>\n<h2>Le zinc stimule la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la peau<\/h2>\n<p>Une carence en vitamine A entra\u00eene en outre un retard dans la surcroissance des cellules sur une plaie. La vitamine C est importante pour la cicatrisation des plaies et la protection contre les infections. Cette vitamine n'\u00e9tant pas stock\u00e9e dans l'organisme, une carence peut rapidement appara\u00eetre en cas d'apport insuffisant.<\/p>\n<p>La vitamine E renforce les cellules n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la cicatrisation des plaies. Toutefois, \u00e0 fortes doses, la vitamine E peut \u00e9galement avoir un effet inhibiteur sur la cicatrisation. La vitamine K n'est certes pas directement impliqu\u00e9e dans la cicatrisation des plaies, mais elle a une influence sur la formation de certains facteurs de coagulation du sang.<\/p>\n<p>La vitamine B5 (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9e acide pantoth\u00e9nique) contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 la gu\u00e9rison des plaies et est importante pour le processus de r\u00e9paration. Elle a \u00e9galement fait ses preuves en cas de br\u00fblures et d'\u00e9chaudage. Les vitamines les plus diverses se trouvent par exemple dans les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes. Parmi les oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments, le fer, le cuivre et le zinc jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la cicatrisation des plaies. Le fer est important pour un tissu cicatriciel sain et se trouve par exemple dans les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes et le poisson. Le cuivre transporte le fer dans le corps et se trouve par exemple dans les champignons.
