La transaction doit encore \u00eatre approuv\u00e9e par la ComCo.<\/p>\n<p>La fusion des deux entreprises donne naissance \u00e0 une alternative suisse aux grands concurrents internationaux dans le domaine de la technique du b\u00e2timent, souligne FMB dans son communiqu\u00e9. En effet, le march\u00e9 croissant de la num\u00e9risation et de l'automatisation des b\u00e2timents industriels et commerciaux est aujourd'hui majoritairement domin\u00e9 par de grands groupes dont le si\u00e8ge principal se trouve \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9galement actif dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec l'achat de Swisspro, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gebaeudetechnikgruppe.ch\">BKW Building Solutions<\/a> dans ce domaine porteur d'avenir et ax\u00e9 sur la technologie. Selon FMB, l'entreprise deviendra en une seule \u00e9tape un fournisseur de premier plan dans le domaine des solutions ICT et d'automatisation des b\u00e2timents ainsi que de l'\u00e9lectrotechnique. Le domaine de la technique du b\u00e2timent de l'entreprise technologique Swisspro comprend \u00e9galement la vid\u00e9osurveillance, le contr\u00f4le d'acc\u00e8s ainsi que d'autres th\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>210 millions de francs de chiffre d'affaires - la marque reste<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon les informations fournies, la grande entreprise Swisspro emploie actuellement un peu plus de 1100 personnes \u00e0 son si\u00e8ge d'Urdorf et sur ses 18 sites en Suisse. En 2018, son chiffre d'affaires s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 210 millions de francs.<\/p>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie d'acquisition actuelle, Swisspro sera int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9seau d'entreprises de FMB en tant que marque autonome, pr\u00e9cise le communiqu\u00e9.
