Questa \u00e8 la conclusione di uno studio di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inloox.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.inloox.de\/\" rel=\"noopener\">InLoox<\/a>produttore di software per la gestione dei progetti, tra circa 220 partecipanti. Secondo l'indagine, le circostanze stressanti, come i progetti che devono essere lavorati in parallelo o la marea di e-mail, non sono le cause principali dello stress sul lavoro. Al contrario, la mancanza di apprezzamento aumenta la percezione soggettiva dello stress.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 vero che un dipendente su due si sente sotto pressione e ha la sensazione di avere troppo poco tempo per tutti i compiti importanti. Ma l'apprezzamento percepito sul lavoro \u00e8 un fattore pi\u00f9 decisivo per la percezione dello stress: Chi sente che il proprio lavoro non \u00e8 rispettato \u00e8 pi\u00f9 stressato. Ci\u00f2 influisce anche sull'impatto negativo del lavoro sulla vita privata.<\/p>\n<p>Un altro punto interessante dell'indagine: i supervisori sono significativamente pi\u00f9 soddisfatti del loro successo rispetto ai dipendenti e si sentono apprezzati molto pi\u00f9 spesso.
