Tuttavia, il contrario \u00e8 vero per il consumo di alcol: le persone pi\u00f9 abbienti hanno un rischio maggiore di abuso di alcol. Lo dimostra uno studio del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.obsan.admin.ch\/de\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.obsan.admin.ch\/de\" rel=\"noopener\">Osservatorio svizzero della salute Obsan<\/a> e l'Ufficio federale della sanit\u00e0 pubblica.<\/p>\n<p>Lo studio ha esaminato la distribuzione dei comportamenti sanitari relativi a tabacco, alcol, attivit\u00e0 fisica e alimentazione tra i gruppi di popolazione. Oltre al reddito familiare, sono state esaminate anche le differenze tra i generi, l'istruzione, l'et\u00e0 e le zone del Paese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sportivi ad alto reddito<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Complessivamente, 65% della popolazione svizzera sono regolarmente attivi fisicamente. Tuttavia, esistono chiare differenze tra i livelli di reddito: Mentre solo circa 50% della popolazione che guadagna meno fanno sport, tre quarti della popolazione con reddito pi\u00f9 alto 20% lo fanno. Anche l'istruzione gioca un ruolo: pi\u00f9 alta \u00e8 l'istruzione, pi\u00f9 attiva \u00e8 la persona.<\/p>\n<p>La situazione \u00e8 simile per quanto riguarda l'alimentazione: Pi\u00f9 alto \u00e8 il reddito, pi\u00f9 valore viene dato a una dieta sana. Dalla prima indagine di questo tipo del 1997, la disuguaglianza \u00e8 addirittura aumentata. Anche in questo caso, l'istruzione ha un'influenza altrettanto elevata sul comportamento alimentare. Anche le donne prestano molta pi\u00f9 attenzione all'alimentazione rispetto agli uomini - secondo gli autori dello studio, la differenza di reddito sarebbe altrimenti ancora pi\u00f9 marcata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alcol e tabacco<\/strong><br \/>\nTuttavia, le persone che guadagnano di pi\u00f9 non vivono ovunque in modo pi\u00f9 sano: soprattutto nel caso dell'abuso di alcol, \u00e8 dimostrato che maggiore \u00e8 il reddito disponibile, pi\u00f9 spesso si verifica un consumo rischioso. Interessante: Il livello di istruzione ha un'influenza inversa: le persone con un livello di istruzione pi\u00f9 elevato hanno un rischio minore rispetto a quelle con un livello di istruzione inferiore. Altri fattori di rischio sono l'et\u00e0 (gli ultrasessantenni sono pi\u00f9 a rischio dei giovani), il sesso (gli uomini sono pi\u00f9 a rischio delle donne) e la nazionalit\u00e0 (gli svizzeri sono pi\u00f9 a rischio degli stranieri). Anche la regione del Paese gioca un ruolo: pi\u00f9 \u00e8 povera la zona del Paese, pi\u00f9 alto \u00e8 il rischio.<\/p>\n<p>Il consumo di tabacco \u00e8 generalmente diminuito negli ultimi anni. Tuttavia, non sta diminuendo in modo uniforme tra tutti gli strati della popolazione: mentre nel 1997 i 40% con i redditi pi\u00f9 alti della popolazione avevano ancora il consumo di tabacco pi\u00f9 elevato, ora \u00e8 tra i 20% medi e i secondi.
