I principali gruppi target sono i datori di lavoro, i responsabili della sicurezza, i lavoratori e i formatori.<\/p>\n<p>L'opuscolo, suddiviso in sezioni tematiche, elenca i possibili pericoli e propone allo stesso tempo le misure adeguate. L'UFCS contribuisce cos\u00ec attivamente a ridurre il numero di giorni persi per infortunio o malattia tra i dipendenti dell'industria della carne.
