Il fatturato consolidato \u00e8 riuscito a superare il Gruppo<\/a> Secondo le informazioni, le vendite sono aumentate di 2,6% su base proforma a tassi di cambio costanti e hanno raggiunto 1.135,5 milioni di franchi svizzeri (947,6 milioni di franchi svizzeri) nel periodo di riferimento. La crescita delle vendite organiche \u00e8 stata di 1,8%, mentre gli effetti delle acquisizioni hanno contribuito alla crescita delle vendite per 0,8%, secondo la dichiarazione.<\/p>\n

Redditivit\u00e0 e utile netto <\/strong><\/p>\n

Nel periodo in esame Dorma+Kaba Holding AG ha conseguito un risultato operativo superiore rispetto all'anno precedente. L'Ebitda \u00e8 stato di 165,4 milioni di franchi svizzeri (144,6 milioni di franchi svizzeri: 4 mesi ex Dorma, 6 mesi ex Kaba) e il margine Ebitda \u00e8 salito a 14,6% (15,3%) rispetto ai 13,7% dello stesso periodo dell'anno precedente. Il miglioramento della redditivit\u00e0 \u00e8 dovuto in gran parte ai risparmi iniziali sui costi come risultato diretto della fusione e a una performance molto incoraggiante in Nord America, ha aggiunto.<\/p>\n

Il risultato straordinario di -34,8 milioni di franchi svizzeri (-34,7 milioni di franchi svizzeri) comprende esclusivamente i costi di integrazione legati alla fusione del gruppo, secondo il comunicato. L'azienda ha chiuso il primo semestre dell'esercizio 2015\/2016 con un risultato di 67,1 milioni di franchi svizzeri (57,4 milioni di franchi svizzeri).<\/p>\n

Il segmento Access Solutions DACH (AS DACH) riunisce le attivit\u00e0 del Gruppo Dorma+Kaba in Germania, Austria e Svizzera. Alla luce dei diversi sviluppi economici della regione DACH, i risultati del segmento AS DACH per il primo semestre dell'esercizio 2015\/2016 sono stati in linea con le aspettative. Il segmento AS DACH, di recente creazione, ha generato un fatturato consolidato di 386,1 milioni di franchi svizzeri nel periodo in esame (margine Ebitda: 18,9 %).<\/p>\n

Per quanto riguarda l'andamento dell'economia nella regione DACH, il Rapporto Esecutivo afferma: \"In Germania, la situazione economica generale \u00e8 migliorata nel corso del periodo di riferimento; l'economia austriaca ha nuovamente mostrato una crescita lieve, anche se ancora molto contenuta. Per contro, lo slancio della crescita in Svizzera si \u00e8 indebolito, non da ultimo a causa del forte apprezzamento del franco svizzero a partire da met\u00e0 gennaio 2015.\" Grazie agli investimenti effettuati negli ultimi anni nell'automazione e nell'internalizzazione della catena del valore, la conseguente pressione sui prezzi in Svizzera \u00e8 stata ampiamente compensata e il margine \u00e8 stato mantenuto, riferisce l'azienda.<\/p>\n
