I cereali per la colazione contenevano in media 18 g di zucchero per 100 g. Questo dato \u00e8 pi\u00f9 che discutibile. \u00a9 Depositphotos\/lightsource<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nell'estate 2017, l'FSVO ha ricevuto e analizzato i dati di 461 yogurt zuccherati e 199 cereali da colazione zuccherati. Il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blv.admin.ch\/dam\/blv\/de\/dokumente\/lebensmittel-und-ernaehrung\/ernaehrung\/bericht-bestandesaufnahme-zucker.pdf.download.pdf\/Bestandesaufnahme_Zucker_2017_DE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presente relazione<\/a> mostra di quanto \u00e8 diminuito lo zucchero aggiunto negli yogurt e nei cereali da colazione delle aziende partecipanti. Il risultato: rispetto alla prima indagine dell'autunno 2016, la proporzione di zuccheri aggiunti <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/it\/zuckersteuer-wirkt-zumindest-bei-niedrigverdienern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zucchero<\/a> 3% per gli yogurt. Il valore medio degli yogurt \u00e8 quindi di 9 grammi di zuccheri aggiunti per 100 grammi. Per i cereali da colazione, la quantit\u00e0 di zuccheri aggiunti \u00e8 diminuita di circa 5TP3T rispetto all'indagine precedente e corrisponde a una media di 16,3 grammi per 100 grammi. Gli yogurt e i cereali per la prima colazione, introdotti di recente dalle aziende partecipanti tra le due indagini, hanno gi\u00e0 un contenuto di zuccheri aggiunti significativamente inferiore, ovvero una media di 7,9 grammi per 100 grammi.<\/p>\n<p>Il rapporto mostra anche che gli yogurt per bambini contengono in media una quantit\u00e0 di zucchero significativamente inferiore (6,9 grammi per 100 grammi). Nel caso dei cereali per la prima colazione, invece <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/it\/dreiste-werbeluegen-die-bereits-babys-schaden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prodotti per bambini significativamente pi\u00f9 zuccherati<\/a>. I m\u00fcesli per bambini contengono 24,6 grammi di zuccheri aggiunti per 100 grammi. In confronto, i prodotti per adulti hanno una media di 14,8 grammi per 100 grammi. Inoltre, quasi ogni decimo m\u00fcesli non ha zuccheri aggiunti, ma nessuno di essi \u00e8 esplicitamente destinato ai bambini.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ulteriore riduzione mirata<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La terza indagine sullo zucchero \u00e8 prevista per la fine del 2018, dopo la conclusione della Dichiarazione di Milano. Per quella data, si punter\u00e0 a un'ulteriore riduzione degli zuccheri aggiunti di una media di 2,5 % per gli yogurt e di una media di 5 % per i cereali da colazione rispetto all'indagine attuale. In Svizzera si consumano 40 kg di zucchero pro capite all'anno. Ci\u00f2 corrisponde a circa 110 g di zucchero al giorno, pi\u00f9 del doppio della quantit\u00e0 raccomandata dall'Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanit\u00e0 (OMS).<\/p>\n<p>Il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blv.admin.ch\/dam\/blv\/de\/dokumente\/lebensmittel-und-ernaehrung\/ernaehrung\/memorandum-of-understanding.pdf.download.pdf\/memorandum-of-understanding.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dichiarazione di Milano<\/a> \u00e8 stato firmato da dieci aziende a Milano nel 2015. Altre quattro aziende si sono aggiunte nel 2017.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"icon icon--before icon--pdf\" title=\"Rapporto 2016 - Lo zucchero nello yogurt e nei cereali per la prima colazione\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blv.admin.ch\/dam\/blv\/de\/dokumente\/lebensmittel-und-ernaehrung\/ernaehrung\/standortbestimmung-zuckergehalt.pdf.download.pdf\/standortbestimmung-zuckergehalt.pdf\">Rapporto 2016 - Lo zucchero nello yogurt e nei cereali per la prima colazione<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Testo: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blv.admin.ch\/blv\/de\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ufficio federale per la sicurezza alimentare e veterinaria (UFV)<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Informazioni di base<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La BLV ha portato <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blv.admin.ch\/blv\/de\/home\/lebensmittel-und-ernaehrung\/ernaehrung\/massnahmen-ernaehrungsstrategie\/zuckerreduktion.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2016: un primo bilancio<\/a> da (...) e ha analizzato i dati di un totale di 348 yogurt zuccherati (7 aziende) e 186 cereali da colazione zuccherati (9 aziende). I dati raccolti hanno mostrato che gli yogurt nel <strong>Mediamente 17 g di zucchero per tazza<\/strong> (180 g). Lo yogurt con il contenuto di zucchero pi\u00f9 basso conteneva 10 g di zucchero per tazza, quello con il contenuto pi\u00f9 alto 30,5 g. I cereali per la prima colazione contenevano in media 18 g di zucchero per 100 g, con un contenuto di zucchero estremo pari a quasi 50% di prodotto.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.srf.ch\/sendungen\/kassensturz-espresso\/mokka-joghurt-im-test-viele-aromastoffe-und-viel-zucker\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Molti aromi e molto zucchero<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.srf.ch\/sendungen\/kassensturz-espresso\/services\/interaktiv\/etiketten-schwindel\/3-platz-joghurt-mit-0-kristallzucker-aber-mit-zuckersirup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Frode di etichetta da parte di Migros<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blick.ch\/news\/wirtschaft\/zu-viel-zucker-in-joghurt-und-mueesli-coop-setzt-uns-auf-entzug-id5220117.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\"Coop ci mette in crisi!\". <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vbg.arbeiterkammer.at\/beratung\/konsumentenschutz\/EssenundTrinken\/Zucker_im_Joghurt.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anche i presunti \"yogurt salutari\" sono bombe di zucchero<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nota dell'editore<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Soprattutto la percentuale (molto pi\u00f9 alta!) di tipi di zucchero per i cosiddetti \"prodotti per bambini\" \u00e8 da <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/it\/ernaehrungsstrategie-zur-gesundheitsfoerderung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">punto di vista sulla salute<\/a> estremamente discutibili e dovrebbero essere rigorosamente sostituiti da tipi di zucchero sani come lo xilitolo o la stevia. Perch\u00e9 lo zucchero crea dipendenza e sempre <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/it\/zeichen-setzen-fuer-die-seltenen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nocivo per l'organismo<\/a> e si decompone in bocca in acidi distruttivi, iperacidifica l'organismo, forma alcol nocivo nell'intestino e distrugge la flora intestinale sana.
