Anche uno sforzo unilaterale, ad esempio un lavoro prevalentemente sedentario con troppo poco movimento, pu\u00f2 causare fitte e distorsioni. Non a caso, gli esperti della schiena da anni affermano che stare seduti \u00e8 dannoso per la nostra schiena almeno quanto il fumo per i nostri polmoni.<\/p>\n<h2>La croce con la croce<\/h2>\n<p>Ma cosa pizzica esattamente quando si sta seduti? Martin Vierl, primario della clinica di riabilitazione Sonnhalde di Donaueschingen, specialista in ortopedia e chirurgia traumatologica e consulente dell'Aktion Gesunder R\u00fccken e.V. (campagna per una schiena sana) lo sa bene: \"Il disco intervertebrale \u00e8 un collegamento cartilagineo tra due vertebre che attutisce gli urti e la pressione sulla nostra colonna vertebrale come un ammortizzatore. Il suo nucleo \u00e8 costituito da una massa gelatinosa racchiusa da un anello fibroso di tessuto connettivo solido. Questa massa gelatinosa assorbe l'acqua che il peso del nostro corpo spreme nel corso della giornata, come una spugna, per cos\u00ec dire. Purtroppo, con l'avanzare dell'et\u00e0, le nostre spugne non riescono pi\u00f9 a legare cos\u00ec bene l'acqua, la loro elasticit\u00e0 diminuisce e con essa la funzione di tampone\". E poi iniziano le lamentele.<\/p>\n<h2>Una pietra che rotola non raccoglie muschio<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Questa saggezza \u00e8 particolarmente vera per i nostri dischi intervertebrali, perch\u00e9 amano continuare a muoversi! Che il carico sia pesante o unilaterale, un movimento di equilibrio fa miracoli. Anche gli esercizi di stretching aiutano a rimettere in forma i muscoli e le fasce. L'allenamento regolare dei muscoli della schiena allevia la tensione dei dischi intervertebrali. A proposito: per rafforzare i muscoli della schiena, \u00e8 necessario coinvolgere anche i muscoli addominali! L'acqua \u00e8 un vero e proprio elisir di lunga vita per i nostri dischi intervertebrali, quindi \u00e8 bene berne sempre a sufficienza ogni giorno.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, un'alimentazione consapevole assicura il benessere dei nostri ammortizzatori. Vitamine, minerali e oligoelementi garantiscono un apporto ottimale all'organismo!<\/p>\n<p class=\"content_p contentfont\">Semplici consigli che fanno bene ai dischi intervertebrali:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bbcode_list\">\n<li>Assicuratevi di essere attivi ogni giorno: andate in bicicletta o camminate per brevi tratti. Prendete le scale invece dell'ascensore. Alzatevi ogni tanto dalla scrivania e fate qualche passo.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenere la postura: prestare consapevolmente attenzione alla propria postura - evitare le posizioni forzate e le attivit\u00e0 in posizione piegata, stare il pi\u00f9 possibile in piedi, sfidare i muscoli della schiena e cambiare sempre postura. Anche per le attivit\u00e0 al PC vale quanto segue: la posizione successiva \u00e8 la migliore. Quindi continuate a muovervi e cambiate spesso posizione, anche quando siete seduti.<\/li>\n<li>L'attrezzatura giusta fa la differenza: se possibile, utilizzate attrezzature che favoriscano la salute della schiena. In ogni ambito della vita ci sono mobili e soluzioni che possono rendere l'ambiente personale pi\u00f9 ergonomico e facilitare la giornata.<\/li>\n<li>Tutto completamente rilassato: Esistono numerose tecniche di rilassamento: trovate quella giusta per voi per sciogliere le tensioni inconsce. Che ne dite del training autogeno, dell'ASMR o delle tecniche di respirazione consapevole?<\/li>\n<li>Amicizia: mantenere contatti e amicizie alimenta anche il nostro benessere. Le attivit\u00e0 condivise e i momenti belli sono quindi anche curativi.<\/li>\n<li>Fate un po' di sport: fate un po' di esercizio fisico, possibilmente all'aria aperta. Fate esercizio fisico, ma senza sovraccaricarvi.
