21st National Health Promotion Conference

The main theme of the 21st National Health Promotion Conference is "Technological Change in Health Promotion". The conference is organized by Health Promotion Switzerland together with the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Directors of Public Health.

By strengthening health literacy, decisions can be made in everyday life that have a positive impact on health. A high level of health literacy fosters well-being and quality of life for individuals and society.

The 21. Health Promotion Conference explores the questions of how health literacy can be promoted throughout the population and, in particular, among socially disadvantaged and vulnerable populations. Another focus is on the Technology change. This brings new digital solutions that can be used as additional instruments of health promotion and prevention. The rapidly growing range of services harbors risks of misuse and calls for uniformly formulated quality criteria.

The conference offers:

  • A platform for exchange between Research and practice on current topics as well as trends
  • A networking platform for health promotion and prevention professionals
  • The exchange of ideas and innovative projects
  • Valuable solution approaches, which can be adopted by the participants in practice

This year's conference partner is "eHealth Suisse", the competence and coordination office of the Confederation and the cantons for the Digitization in healthcare.
