Development of personnel costs in the security services area

The Association of Swiss Security Services Companies (VSSU) has published the development of personnel costs from 2014 and 2022 in the private security services industry. The calculations are based on various employment modalities and also provide information on contractual mutations by seniority.

The Association of Swiss Security Services Companies (VSSU) has calculated the development of personnel costs between 2014 and 2022 in the private security services industry. published.

Since the collective labor agreement of July 1, 2014, a distinction has been made in the terms of employment between a contractually fixed workload (category A), full-time employees, category B for part-time employees and hourly-paid employees, category C).

The graphical representation provides information on the annual increase of the wage categories. Another table shows: The CLA hourly cost without seniority of an employee who moves from category C to B between 2019 and 2020 increases by 10 percent, or CHF 2.41 per hour.

The company Itera Wirtschaftsprüfung AG, member Expert Suisse was commissioned by the Association of Swiss Security Service Companies (VSSU) to review the calculations on the development of wages as well as a basic statement on the development of wages for the years 2014 to 2022, based on these fundamentals.

Itera confirms that it meets the legal requirements concerning accreditation and independence. The audit was conducted in accordance with Swiss Auditing Standards. The salary index is shown on the Homepage of the VSSU available in all national languages and in English.
