Vaccination must remain voluntary!
The planned measles protection law for Germany is on its way through the legislative process. If it comes into force as planned in March 2020, it will entail a massive restriction also of the fundamental right to physical integrity. Medical personnel (incl. all alternative practitioners and physicians), daycare children (nurseries) and school-age children, as well as teachers and educators are to be compulsorily vaccinated with vaccines for which there have been no sufficient safety studies since their development and approval and which have been proven to be massively contaminated with foreign substances.
Who the Vaccination refuses to do so will be subject to coercive fines. Neither doctors nor authorities know the exact ingredients of the Vaccinationsbecause they fall to a large extent under the trade secret of the manufacturer. Independent investigations are ignored by authorities and politics, a disclosure of the ingredients of the manufacturer is not required!
According to the bill of the Federal Government, the Bundesrat does not have to approve the bill, but: according to Art. 76 GG, the Bundesrat must be given the opportunity to comment. The bill has therefore been forwarded to the Bundesrat for comment on 09.08.2019. The Bundesrat has 6 weeks to agree or to call on the Mediation Committee (Art. 76 GG).
The Federal Council will likely discuss the draft at the Health Committee meeting on Sept. 4, 2019, and adopt it at the meeting on Sept. 20, 2019.
